BI Expert-Coordinator

As BI Expert-Coordinator you will be working on an entire data landscape, maintaining and creating data models and reports. You will be leading a small international BI team of 2 consultants. The data platform consists of an Azure Platform and a SAP BW4 HANA data warehouse. Data is collected from a multitude of sources, modelled in the data platform and visualized in Power BI.

As a BI Expert-Coordinator your focus will be on the Microsoft solutions Azure Data Factory, Data Bricks, Synapse, Power BI and on SAP BW4HANA.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Design, implement and maintain data solutions in Azure Data Factory, SQL, Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse and SAP BW4HANA
• Build analytical models in Power BI
• Coordination of a small international BI team (2 consultants)
• Senior architect of the BI landscape
• Coach junior BI data engineer, document data solutions and provide knowledge transfer to the team
• Support end users in working with the reports, help them understand the data model and assist them with creating their custom reports
• Monitor and troubleshoot issues, optimize data performance and cost

Experience level:

• Azure Data Factory / Data Bricks / Synapse: at least 3-5 years’ experience
• Power BI experience: at least 3 years’ experience
• SAP BW4HANA: at least 3 years’ experience
• Fluent in English
