We have partnered with a fast-growing Fintech that's redefining how people manage and invest their money. They're looking for a Product Manager to join their remote team and play a key role in shaping the roadmap, user experience, and growth of their digital product.

About the role:

• You'll guide the design, development, and strategy of the company's core product, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, define solutions, and deliver meaningful improvements to the user experience.
• Define and deliver high-quality product features in collaboration with engineering and design.
• Gather and prioritise user feedback and data-driven insights to refine and evolve the product.
• Write clear product requirements and ensure alignment across teams throughout implementation.
• Oversee QA, testing, and release processes to ensure seamless delivery.
• Stay informed on fintech trends, market shifts, and customer needs to help shape the product vision.

About you:

• A proven track record as a Product Manager in a technology or fintech environment (ideally within a start-up).
• Experience using analytics tools such as Amplitude or Metabase.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex ideas into actionable plans.
• A systems-thinking mindset - you see how each part connects to the whole.
• A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership beyond your role.
• A creative, data-driven, and customer-first mindset that challenges the status quo.
• A background in financial services or software development is an advantage.
