We are hiring an AI Experience Designer to join a leading FS group in Abu Dhabi. As part of a newly formed AI function, this team sits at the intersection of design, innovation, and machine learning, playing a key role in shaping the future of digital experiences in the region’s most secure and high-performing FS products.

This is an exciting opportunity for a UI/UX specialist with strong experience designing for complex, data-rich or AI-powered applications.

Discover the role:

As an AI Experience Designer, you will be responsible for creating seamless, intuitive, and visually engaging digital experiences for next-generation AI products. You will work closely with a cross-functional team of developers, product owners, and data scientists to craft designs that are not only beautiful but also functionally impactful. You will report into a newly appointed CPO, who has been recently hired from the 6th biggest investor in AI technologies, globally.

• Translate requirements into wireframes, flows, and interface designs
• Create and maintain UI systems across AI-powered platforms
• Lead user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis
• Ensure accessibility and responsive design standards are met
• Collaborate closely with developers to support high-quality delivery
• Incorporate feedback to evolve and enhance design performance

Discover the requirements:

• 5+ years experience in UI/UX design for digital products
• Previous work on AI-powered or data-driven platforms
• Expertise with Figma
• Strong grasp of accessibility, research techniques, and systems thinking
• Familiarity with front-end technologies and agile environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field required
• Master’s degree preferred

This is a full-time, Abu Dhabi based role with a highly collaborative and forward-thinking team. Candidates must be based in the UAE.
