Key Projects/Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
PMs will lead the projects for HR IT projects
Candidate Requirements
Must-Have Skills:
- Experience in Chatbot, digital transformation and AI Projects Implementation (e.g., TechWolf, Eightfold, Gloat, or similar).
- Managed integrations with HRIS platforms like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or ServiceNow.
- Delivered cross-functional transformation programs involving HR, IT, and business stakeholders.
- Experience working with data teams on skills taxonomy, data mapping, and governance.
- Project Management
Nice-to-have Skills:
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to navigate cross-functional teams and vendor relationships.
- Strategic mindset to translate insights into actionable workforce planning.
- Change leadership and stakeholder engagement experience, especially in workforce transformation contexts
- Delivery expertise across agile and waterfall methodologies, with strong risk and budget management
Years of Experience: 5+ years of experience
Degrees/Certifications Required: A bachelor’s Degree and PMP is a Desire
