Candidate Requirements
Must-Have Skills:
1) Experience in Chatbot, digital transformation and AI Projects Implementation (e.g., TechWolf, Eightfold, Gloat, or similar).
2) Managed integrations with HRIS platforms like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or ServiceNow.
3) Delivered cross-functional transformation programs involving HR, IT, and business stakeholders.
4) Experience working with data teams on skills taxonomy, data mapping, and governance.
5) Project Management
Nice-to-have Skills:
1) Strong communication and collaboration skills to navigate cross-functional teams and vendor relationships.
2) Strategic mindset to translate insights into actionable workforce planning.
3) Change leadership and stakeholder engagement experience, especially in workforce transformation contexts
4) Delivery expertise across agile and waterfall methodologies, with strong risk and budget management
Years of Experience:
5+ years of experience Degrees/Certifications Required: A bachelor’s Degree and PMP is a Desire
