The Product: APEX Cloud - Seamless API management

APEX Cloud is your all-in-one API management solution. Developers, product teams, agencies, and businesses can effortlessly handle APIs from registration to publication to retirement, including compliance and governance at every stage. It provides a single platform to manage the security, analytics, and developer tools for agencies.

API Sharing & Discovery with Whole-of-Government & more With over 30 government agencies onboard APEX Cloud, discover and share your APIs across both Internet & Intranet zones to foster inter-agency collaboration.

APEX Cloud is under the services layer of the Singapore Government Tech Stack (SGTS).

Developed by GovTech, SGTS modernizes development practices across the Whole-Of Government (WOG), building secure systems that adapt to evolving citizen and business needs.

What will you do?

• Configure and manage day-to-day operations of the enterprise Axway API gateway system
• Monitor API Gateway performance and troubleshoot issues
• Problem isolation and resolution, with expectation that continuous improvement and enhancements are implemented
• Work with external parties to integrate their web services with the gateway
• Configure and code policies via Axway API Gateway Policy Studio
• Configure and manage Axway API Gateway system
• Configure and manage Cassandra database used by Axway API Gateway
• Deploy and upgrade the Axway API Gateway and database as needed
  
  

Requirements

What are we looking for?

• Experience in configuring and managing Axway API Gateway or relevant API Gateways
• Knowledge in NoSQL database
• Demonstrated experience with web service security including digital certificates (client and server), mutual authentication, SSL, Web Services expertise in XML, XSL, WSDL, SOAP, REST, JSON, HTML, JavaScript.
• Experience implementing and troubleshooting SSL, LDAP, SSO
• Experience in AWS, Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with common Unix/Linux utilities, diagnostics, and monitoring tools
• Experience with system configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance
• Excellent communication skills - verbal and written, for technical and non-technical audiences
• Excellent analytical and documentation skills
• Quick learning and adaptive to new technical fields
• Passion for automation, standardization and best practices
• Knowledge in monitoring and logging technologies (Elastic Stack, Grafana) is desirable but not required.
