- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in program management.

- Experience in project management principles (e.g., Cost/Schedule/Scope/Risk Management).

- Experience with infrastructure contracting, legal language, financial terms, and governance setup.
- Experience leading large cross-functional teams across multiple internal departments.
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills, with the ability to construct, articulate, and defend simple messages or insights from analysis.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery of all APAC region projects, in compliance with all processes and procedures mandated by the Offsite Infrastructure Delivery and Controls (OIDC) Program Lead.
- Escalate all project issues to appropriate internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Manage the accuracy and updates of project-level data within enterprise tools (e.g., Quickbase database).
- Engage effectively and collaboratively with external and internal stakeholders (including Energy and Location Strategy acquisition and development teams).
- Document, maintain, and improve existing project/program management processes.
