About the Job
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Junior Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing and maintaining the product roadmap, aligning and drafting business requirements, and working closely with key stakeholders to bring impactful products to life.
Responsibilities
- Draft and organize business requirement documents (BRDs) based on stakeholder input
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and business teams to ensure timely delivery
- Monitor progress using tools like Jira to ensure transparency across teams
- Manage and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Run and document stakeholder meetings, converting discussions into clear, actionable product requirements
- Support agile development processes and help prioritize features for efficient release cycles
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience as a Product Manager
- Strong experience with tools like Excel, Jira, and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of agile development methodologies and iterative software delivery
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Not Required, But a Plus
- Experience in the financial services or FinTech sector
