We’re expanding our U.S. venture operations and seeking an experienced Web3 Venture Program Manager to lead our startup initiatives, strengthen ecosystem partnerships, and drive innovation across the decentralized economy.

As a Web3 Venture Program Manager, you’ll be responsible for shaping and executing KPC Finance’s startup acceleration strategy.

You will manage incubation and acceleration programs, collaborate with founders, mentors, and investors worldwide, and help position KPC Finance as a leader in decentralized innovation.

This is a fully remote role — ideal for a self-driven professional who thrives in a dynamic, globally distributed environment.

• Design, launch, and manage Web3 startup incubation and acceleration programs under KPC Finance’s venture division.
• Source, evaluate, and onboard high-potential blockchain startups for investment and mentorship.
• Coordinate mentors, investors, and ecosystem partners to support participating startups.
• Organize Demo Days, workshops, and events to elevate KPC Finance’s visibility in the Web3 community.
• Collaborate with the investment team on startup evaluation, due diligence, and post-investment support.
• Develop partnerships with Layer-1/Layer-2 protocols, venture funds, and industry leaders.
• Monitor program KPIs and report insights to senior leadership.
• Represent KPC Finance at major Web3 conferences and global ecosystem gatherings (virtual and in-person).

• 4–7 years of experience in venture capital, startup incubation, business development, or blockchain ecosystems.
• Deep understanding of Web3 technologies (DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, Layer-1/Layer-2, tokenomics).
• Proven experience managing accelerator or startup programs in tech or crypto sectors.
• Strong knowledge of startup evaluation, due diligence, and investment frameworks.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• A strong network within blockchain and venture capital ecosystems is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).

• Compensation: $145,000 – $175,000 annual base salary
