Digital Transformation Manager

Responsibilities

• 15+ years’ experience on large infrastructure/utilities projects involving design and construction works with knowledge of codes, design manuals and construction practices.
• 5 years of experience in Qatar/GCC region.
• Proven hands-on experience in Instrumentation, SCADA, and industrial Automation (ICS/OT).
• Proven knowledge on Machine Learning Algorithms types and basis of AI-ML deployment per business use cases.
• Solid knowledge on Software Platforms architecture, software systems Integration, and hybrid public private clouds platforms architecture and deployment.
• Previous experience in ICS cybersecurity design and implementation, with professional certification in Industrial Cyber Security (GICSP from SANS-GIAC or IEC62443 Expert).
• Well versed with Sustainability and resource conservation oriented projects.
• Exposure to Geospatial Photogrammetry/LiDAR, 3D modelling and GIS integration.
• Ability to interpret complex contract documents including plans, specifications, and shop drawings.
• Ability to make decisions and recommendations on significant engineering problems, and review drawings, specifications, and installations for constructability.
• Demonstrated previous PMCS experience.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in engineering.
• Certified PMP is preferred.
