Middle/Senior Fullstack JavaScript Developer (React + Node.js)

We are looking for 3-4 Fullstack JavaScript/TypeScript Developers to join our 120-person team building cutting-edge EHR solutions for the US market. If you love working on meaningful projects, enjoy shaping both frontend and backend, and want to make a real impact in healthcare technology — this is your chance.    

What You'll Do

Build responsive, scalable web applications using React, Node.js, and TypeScript
Work with Prisma + PostgreSQL to manage medical data
Implement UI components with Tailwind CSS
Collaborate on API design, including tRPC
Contribute to AI-driven features (optional, nice-to-have)
Work closely with the client team in a dynamic, fast-growing environment

Must-Have

3+ years experience in React + Node.js
Strong TypeScript skills
Hands-on with Prisma & PostgreSQL
Comfortable with APIs and modern web development

Nice-to-Have

Experience in HIPAA/medical data projects
Stripe/payments integration, Redis, OpenAI API
Familiarity with Hono, Turborepo, AI SDKs

Location: Remote, with NY timezone overlap for daily meetings at 10:30 am ET

Team: 120 specialists client-side team

Schedule: 5/2, 8-hour working day (40 hr per week), NY time zone overlap, it is critical to attend daily meetings
