Hiring Product Designers to work closely with product, engineering, and analytics to craft seamless, scalable experiences that solve high-impact, real-world business problems.

Salary: INR 15,00,000 - 30,00,000 / year

Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Ownership - Drive the design of intuitive, user-centric solutions across the BB+ product suite from discovery to delivery. Define experience goals, lead design execution, and own outcomes in your domain.
  • Vision to Execution - Translate intricate financial workflows into elegant, scalable UX. Help shape the long-term product vision while balancing user needs, business goals, and tech feasibility.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with PMs, engineers, researchers, and fellow designers. Engage in critiques, reviews, and product rituals to drive alignment and shared ownership.
  • Craft & Systems Thinking - Design thoughtful interaction models, wireframes, and prototypes using Razorpay s design system. Contribute back to the system through use and feedback.
  • Communication & Influence - Present your work with clarity and intent. Use storytelling and design artifacts to inspire, align, and drive decisions across stakeholders.
  • Iteration & Feedback - Continuously test and refine your designs. Proactively seek out feedback from users and teams to improve and evolve your solutions.
  • AI Competency - Maintain a strong AI toolkit and know when and how to use it effectively. Leverage AI tools to accelerate workflows but always lead with human insight, taste, and intent.

Eligibility

  • 2 years of relevant work experience
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking and interaction design especially in data-heavy or systems-driven environments.
  • Proficiency in modern design tools (Figma preferred), and ability to prototype and test ideas.
