About Position:

We are hiring a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to lead the development and deployment of scalable ML solutions for enterprise applications. This role requires deep expertise in ML model development, MLOps, and cloud-native AI platforms, along with strong collaboration and solution delivery capabilities.

What You'll Do:

• You will design and implement robust ML pipelines, collaborate across teams, and deliver AI/ML solutions that drive business impact.
• Design, develop, and implement ML models for predictive analytics, NLP, computer vision, and recommendation systems
• Build and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines including data preprocessing, feature engineering, training, deployment, and monitoring
• Leverage cloud AI/ML platforms (Google Vertex AI, AWS SageMaker, Azure ML) for scalable model deployment
• Apply MLOps practices: CI/CD for ML, automated retraining, model versioning, drift detection, and monitoring
• Optimize models for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to productionize models
• Translate business requirements into ML-driven solutions
• Evaluate and integrate Generative AI and LLM-based solutions where applicable
• Ensure compliance with AI governance, data privacy, and security standards
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to reusable frameworks and best practices

Expertise You'll Bring:

• You’ll bring hands-on experience in ML engineering, cloud platforms, and MLOps, with strong problem-solving and leadership capabilities.
• 8–12 years of IT experience, with 5+ years in ML/AI engineering
• Strong programming skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras)
• Hands-on experience with MLOps tools: MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Argo)
• Experience with cloud AI/ML platforms: GCP Vertex AI, AWS SageMaker, or Azure ML
• Knowledge of big data ecosystems (Spark, Kafka, Hadoop, Dataproc/EMR/Databricks)
• Strong skills in SQL and NoSQL databases, data preprocessing, and feature engineering
• Familiarity with containerization & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with real-time inference and API-based model deployment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to deliver in Agile environments
