Key Responsibilities
- Lead Unity development team and deliver multiplayer & 3D games.
- Architect gameplay systems using Unity & C#.
- Collaborate with designers, artists, and backend developers.
- Optimize game performance across platforms.
- Manage sprints, code reviews, and mentor developers.
- Integrate APIs, multiplayer networking, payment systems, and analytics.
- 4–5 years of hands-on experience in Unity 3D & C#.
- Mandatory: 4–5 years of experience with Socket.io.
- Strong portfolio of released titles in:
- Multiplayer Casual Games – Poker, Rummy, Ludo, Fantasy Sports.
- 3D Games – Car Racing, Fighting, RPGs.
- Expertise in Unity animation, physics, lighting, shaders, and performance optimization.
- Experience with multiplayer frameworks (Photon, Mirror, or custom solutions).
- Knowledge of backend integration (Node.js, Firebase, etc.).
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Understanding of UI/UX principles for mobile and 3D gaming. Proven ability to lead teams, mentor juniors, and conduct architectural discussions.
- Live game ops, in-app purchases, ad integration.
- Game analytics (Unity Analytics, Game Analytics).
- Android/iOS/WebGL publishing experience.
- Git, Jira, CI/CD knowledge.
