We’re looking for a curious, analytical, and collaborative Data Analyst to join our Global Merchandise Planning Insights team. This role supports the planning function by transforming data into actionable insights that drive product, pricing, and inventory decisions across our global business. You’ll work closely with your manager and cross-functional partners in Planning, Merchandising, Finance, and Cluster teams to uncover trends, monitor performance, and support strategic initiatives that fuel growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze product performance, customer behavior, and commercial KPIs across global markets.
- Support weekly, monthly, and seasonal reporting cycles, including hindsight recaps and business reviews.
- Build and maintain dashboards and visualizations to track product success and business health.
- Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for planning and merchandising teams.
- Collaborate with cluster teams to identify global themes and local nuances in product performance.
- Ensure data quality and consistency across reporting tools and sources.
- Contribute to the development of data governance practices, including metric definitions and documentation.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to improve reporting capabilities and business outcomes.
- Support brand and tier level rollups and forecasts
- Read and react to sales trends via chase and fabric positioning
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or planning.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and tell compelling stories.
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Familiarity with key retail metrics such as sell-through, AOV, UPT, and return rates.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A growth mindset and a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
