TARCG is proud to represent an international innovation organisation renowned for accelerating breakthrough technologies within aerospace, defence, and security sectors on their search for a HR Coordinator for a 6 month contract (possibility for extension).


This is an exciting opportunity for a HR Coordinator to be part of an organisation that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. The Role:

As a HR Coordinator, you will be supporting the administration of recruitment and onboarding processes and acting as a first point of contact for HR system queries. This includes coordinating and supporting welfare incentives and other HR-related events.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement HR policies, ensuring they’re clearly communicated and adopted across the organisation
  • Design, document, and optimise HR processes to keep our operations efficient and transparent
  • Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, helping to attract top talent and create a seamless start for new team members
  • Keep our HR systems and employee data accurate and up to date, providing the foundation for great decision-making
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, offering guidance and resolving day-to-day issues
  • Create and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and documentation to ensure alignment and compliance
  • Drive employee engagement by coordinating wellbeing initiatives, team events, and morale-building activities



Skills & Experience:

  • 2-4 years experience in Human Resource operations
  • 1 year minimum experience in policy coordination
  • Great communication skills
  • Fantastic knowledge of the full MS Office Suite
  • Detail and results oriented
  • A degree in a related field (desirable)
