Deputy Chief Technology Officer

🚀 I’m supporting a Swiss AI consultancy hiring a Deputy CTO to work alongside their CTO on scaling GenAI and cloud-driven solutions for enterprise and public sector clients.

You’ll shape technical strategy, lead architecture design, and support pre-sales by positioning solutions that bridge business and engineering.

This is a senior, strategic role suited to someone who enjoys steering delivery, guiding teams, and engaging directly with customers.

🧠 You should bring strong technical depth in the Microsoft stack, GenAI platforms, and modern cloud architecture. Experience in consulting, start-ups, or scale-ups is a big advantage.

🌍 Remote-first setup with occasional onsite time in the Geneva region. English fluency required, French is a plus.
