Your new role

As a Staff or Lead Software Engineer, you’ll join one of several high-performing teams working across fullstack, backend and AI-focused initiatives. You’ll play a key role in designing and delivering scalable, cloud-native solutions, while mentoring others and driving engineering excellence.

You’ll collaborate closely with product, design, and platform teams to deliver high-quality outcomes that make a real impact.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Proven experience in fullstack or backend development using technologies such as .NET Core, Node.js, React, Next.js, and TypeScript
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure), CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices
• Experience with microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and containerisation tools like Docker
• Exposure to AI/ML frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel is highly regarded
• A passion for mentoring, solution design, and driving technical direction
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Experience in financial services or regulated environments is a bonus
