We are seeking a


BUSINESS ANALYST - EVENTS FIELD (m/w/d)



Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze event performance and ROI, providing insights and recommendations to optimize future initiatives.
  • Define, track, and report KPIs across marketing and event activities to measure impact and business value.
  • Coordinate participant and guest management, ensuring accurate data capture and a seamless attendee experience.
  • Oversee ticketing processes and guest lists, integrating data into reporting tools for performance tracking.
  • Support the roll-out and implementation of digital event software, ensuring effective data integration and usability.
  • Prepare and analyze data, reports, and dashboards to support strategic decision-making for marketing and event operations.
  • Develop strategic presentations and marketing materials based on analytical insights and performance metrics.
  • Provide administrative and analytical support for event-related projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and event managers to deliver data-driven recommendations and continuous improvement initiatives.


Qualifications

  • Higher education in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field
  • Solid training or experience in business administration
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • Knowledge of corporate KPIs; SQL knowledge is an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office and affinity for digital tools
  • Relevant experience in corporate environments, ideally in the financial or luxury goods sector
  • Very good German and English skills; French is a plus
  • Structured, precise, and customer-oriented work style
  • Strong team spirit and collaboration skills
