Lead Full Stack Engineer (React / Node.js / AWS) – Enterprise Platforms

We are seeking a Lead Full Stack Engineer with proven experience designing and delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance digital platforms — ideally within financial services, registry, or enterprise data systems.

This is a senior, hands-on leadership role for an engineer passionate about architecture, performance, and innovation across the full software lifecycle.

Requirements Overview:

• Lead the design and development of enterprise-grade web applications using React.js, Node.js, and AWS Cloud.
• Architect solutions that meet high-availability, security, and compliance standards common in financial or regulated industries.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and DevOps engineers to deliver end-to-end scalable solutions.
• Drive code quality, automation, and performance optimization across front-end and back-end systems.
• Mentor and guide engineering teams, fostering best practices in Agile delivery, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps culture.
• Participate in architectural design sessions and technical reviews to ensure systems align with strategic platform goals.

Technical Knowledge:

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, with strong full-stack expertise in React.js, Node.js, and AWS.
• Background in building secure, data-driven enterprise systems – exposure to banking, financial services, or registry platforms highly regarded.
• Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven architecture.
• Proven experience implementing scalable, cloud-native applications using AWS services such as Lambda, ECS, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, CloudFormation.
• Strong foundation in performance tuning, observability, and CI/CD automation.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills – able to influence technical direction and mentor engineering teams.
