About the Role:

In this role, you will help design and build web applications, contribute across the full software lifecycle in an agile environment, take responsibility for quality and architecture, and work closely with cross-functional teams within a large organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop innovative web applications and services
• Ensure software quality via automated tests, code reviews, and regular releases
• Own and shape the complete software lifecycle (from concept through deployment)
• Collaborate in cross-functional agile teams (e.g., Scrum)

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science (or equivalent qualification)
• Several years of experience developing web applications/services using C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core/.NET MVC and SQL
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, TypeScript, and JavaScript
• Experience with React is an advantage
• Basic understanding of CI/CD processes; experience with containerisation and OpenShift is a plus
• Strong sense for good design and user experience; ability to write maintainable, secure, performant code
• Interest in mentoring and training apprentices/trainees
• Excellent German and English skills (written and spoken)
• Swiss or EU/EFTA citizenship, or a valid Swiss work permit (B or C) required
