You’ll manage delivery from design and build through to testing and deployment coordinating cross-functional teams, managing dependencies, and ensuring alignment between digital, commercial, and IT stakeholders.
This role suits a hands-on Project Manager who brings structure, clarity, and communication excellence to fast-paced enterprise environments.
This is: what you’ll do
- Manage full project lifecycle from discovery to deployment
- Oversee scope, timelines, risk, and quality across multiple workstreams
- Coordinate with digital, commercial, and IT teams to achieve delivery outcomes
- Lead integration and test management across CRM and enterprise systems
- Govern vendor engagement and internal resourcing
- Maintain delivery discipline and clear stakeholder communication
- Support transition to BAU ensuring continuity and adoption
- Foster collaboration and continuous improvement across teams
- 3–5+ years’ experience managing Salesforce or CRM delivery
- Strong Agile and/or Scrum background; Waterfall experience advantageous
- Understanding of SAP ECC or equivalent enterprise integrations
- Proven track record working in structured, multi-stream programs
- Exposure to MuleSoft or integration technologies desirable
- FMCG or large-enterprise experience advantageous
- Proficiency with Jira and Confluence
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Relevant project management certifications highly regarded
- 7-month contract with strong potential for extension
- Deliver across modern CRM and integration technologies
- Collaborate with senior digital and technology stakeholders
- High-impact project within an enterprise environment
