Project Coordinator
Melbourne | Contract to December (with potential extension)
Are you an organised, detail-oriented professional with a knack for data and reporting?
We’re seeking a Project Coordinator to join a dynamic team working on nationwide property and asset management projects. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys variety balancing administrative precision with stakeholder engagement and coordination tasks.
About the Role:
In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting ongoing asset and building assessment projects across Australia. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to keep everything running smoothly.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing, QA'ing and analysing large data sets in Excel
- Preparing detailed reports in Excel, Word and Power BI
- Coordinating site scheduling, travel bookings and site access for on site assessors
- Liaising with clients and internal stakeholders to support project delivery
- Assisting with general project coordination and administrative tasks
About You:
We’re looking for someone who is proactive, adaptable, and tech-savvy who can pick up new systems easily - a natural organiser who can juggle multiple priorities with ease.
To succeed, you’ll ideally have:
- Strong Excel skills and strong attention to detail
- Experience managing, navigating and reporting on large data sets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using Power BI (highly regarded)
- Previous exposure to asset management data collection platforms highly advantageous
- Experience in facilities or asset management will be well regarded
