Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst with hands-on experience using Microsoft Copilot Agent to enhance productivity, automate data tasks, and generate business insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, expertise in data visualization and storytelling, and the ability to leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate data analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize Microsoft Copilot Agent (in Excel, Power BI, or other Microsoft 365 apps) to automate repetitive tasks, generate insights, and create intelligent reports.

Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.

Build and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and visualizations in Power BI, Excel, or other BI tools.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.

Use Copilot prompts effectively to accelerate data cleaning, transformation, and analysis workflows.

Prepare data-driven reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.

Continuously explore opportunities to integrate AI and automation into business analytics processes.

Required Skills and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, or related field.

3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or similar role.

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Agent or Microsoft 365 Copilot.

Strong knowledge of Power BI, Excel (advanced), and DAX/Power Query.

Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.

Understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data governance.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
