For this opportunity, we’re partnering with one of our clients, an innovative technology company focused on transforming complex sourcing workflows for global OEMs. They’re developing a robust, data-driven, cloud-native platform with a modern architecture and are looking for passionate professionals to join their engineering team.

🚀 About the role

We’re looking for an AI Engineer to lead and scale the client’s AI initiatives across their SaaS platform.

This is not a research or pure model-building role — we’re seeking someone who thrives on hands-on implementation, creating real, working AI solutions that enhance both customer-facing features and internal automation tools.

In this role, you’ll design, integrate, and optimize systems powered by LLMs, RAG, and autonomous agents, collaborating closely with engineering, product, and design teams to bring intelligent functionality into the product.

This is a full-time contractor position, 100% remote, with time overlap with teams working in UTC+2.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Own and drive the end-to-end AI strategy and execution across the platform.
• Integrate LLMs, RAG architectures, and autonomous agents into both customer-facing and internal systems.
• Design and implement prompt engineering frameworks and fine-tuning workflows.
• Build and maintain tools that leverage AI for process automation and data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with product, QA, and design teams to align AI features with business needs.
• Ensure scalability, performance, and security of all AI-powered components.
• Monitor and optimize AI services in production.
• Stay up to date with AI trends, APIs, and best practices, experimenting with emerging tools and techniques.
• Document AI architectures, processes, and learnings for continuous improvement.

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience working with AI/ML systems
• Hands-on experience working with prompting, LLMs and autonomous agent creation
• Experience working with cloud platforms, preferred AWS
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or other relevant languages for AI/ML development
• Knowledge of NLP, RL, RAG and generative AI techniques
• Advanced English (B2+/C1), spoken and written.

• Experience with SaaS platforms
• Basic understanding of DevOps tools like Docker and GitHub
