An exciting opportunity has arisen for an AI Principal Engineer in the UK, EU or SA offering a flexible remote-working opportunity. As an AI Principal Engineer, you will be instrumental in embedding intelligence into the ERP platform. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Architecting and delivering scalable AI solutions that enhance ERP workflows.
  • Leading proof-of-concepts through to production, ensuring adoption and measurable business impact.
  • Collaborating with product, engineering, and customer teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Integrating emerging AI research into practical enterprise applications.
  • Mentoring engineers and fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
  • Representing the business in workshops, demos, and industry forums, showcasing AI leadership.
  • Experience using Python or C and tools such as N8N to author and monitor workflows
  • Familiarity with standard LLM tooling such as Google Agent Development Kit (ADK)

We Are Looking For Candidates With Proven Experience In

AI/ML engineering, particularly in LLMs, RAG, multimodal AI, or agentic systems.

  • A strong background in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), MLOps, and scalable architectures.
  • Hands-on skills in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, LangChain, or similar frameworks.
  • The ability to bridge technical and business worlds, with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A track record of delivering enterprise-grade AI solutions from concept to deployment.
  • A passion for innovation and a drive to make a visible impact.
