An exciting opportunity has arisen for an AI Principal Engineer in the UK, EU or SA offering a flexible remote-working opportunity. As an AI Principal Engineer, you will be instrumental in embedding intelligence into the ERP platform. Your responsibilities will include:
AI/ML engineering, particularly in LLMs, RAG, multimodal AI, or agentic systems.
You must live in the UK, EU or SA and have the unlimited right to work in that country. No Sponsorship available I'm afraid!
As an AI Principal Engineer, you will be instrumental in embedding intelligence into the ERP platform. Your responsibilities will include:
- Architecting and delivering scalable AI solutions that enhance ERP workflows.
- Leading proof-of-concepts through to production, ensuring adoption and measurable business impact.
- Collaborating with product, engineering, and customer teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Integrating emerging AI research into practical enterprise applications.
- Mentoring engineers and fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Representing the business in workshops, demos, and industry forums, showcasing AI leadership.
- Experience using Python or C and tools such as N8N to author and monitor workflows
- Familiarity with standard LLM tooling such as Google Agent Development Kit (ADK)
AI/ML engineering, particularly in LLMs, RAG, multimodal AI, or agentic systems.
- A strong background in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), MLOps, and scalable architectures.
- Hands-on skills in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, LangChain, or similar frameworks.
- The ability to bridge technical and business worlds, with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A track record of delivering enterprise-grade AI solutions from concept to deployment.
- A passion for innovation and a drive to make a visible impact.
