Ampler is looking for a Production Team Lead whose mission is to keep people happy and productivity high.

We’re seeking a hands-on leader with solid production line expertise who can ensure that targets are met without compromising on quality. You’ll inspire and support your team to consistently do their best work.

Ampler is known for crafting the lightest and most secure e-bikes, setting new standards in superior quality and simplicity. In our quest to build the best commuting device, our products have won multiple design and product awards. In April we launched Nova, the world’s first e-bike with USB-C charging, allowing it to be powered with a standard laptop charger. Nova received the highest accolade in the cycling world and won the Eurobike Gold Award 2025.

About the role🗣️

As our new Production Team Lead, you’ll be responsible for overseeing Ampler’s Production and Warehouse teams, ensuring smooth, on-time, and high-quality operations.

Your role will include:

• Leading and motivating our Production and Warehouse teams
• Assigning manufacturing orders and ensuring workflow efficiency
• Ensuring that production processes and work instructions are followed consistently
• Supporting the team with daily operational challenges
• Ensuring all necessary tools and work equipment are available and functioning
• Managing and escalating production issues as needed
• Making sure production timelines and delivery deadlines are met
• Identifying quality concerns and working with internal teams to find effective solutions
• Finding ways to continuously improve and optimise our production processes
• Showcasing good leadership and motivation skills

We expect you to have 🙋🙆‍♀️

• Experience of leading teams in a production environment
• Ability to direct, support, and motivate your team effectively
• Experience with production platforms/systems. Experience with ERP systems is a plus
• Solid knowledge of Excel and working with data
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A sharp eye for efficiency and quality
• Fluency in Estonian and English
• A good sense of humor and positive attitude
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset
