Retail Chain Sales and Marketing Manager - Dziugas Eesti | ŽEMAITIJOS PIENAS

Dziugas Eesti - the representative office of ŽEMAITIJOS PIENAS in Estonia, is seeking a Retail Chain Sales and Marketing Manager (Head of Modern Trade). If you are a results-driven sales professional with a solid background in the dairy industry, established relationships with major retail chains, and a passion for leading a successful team, this opportunity is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing team of sales and marketing specialists
- Maintain and expand strong, long-term relationships with the major retail chains
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share
- Conduct in-depth analysis of sales performance, pricing dynamics, and market trends; provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations
- Ensure full compliance with local laws and regulations, and internal policies relevant to the food and retail sectors
- Foster effective communication and collaboration across internal teams and external partners
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience in the dairy or other short shelf-life food & beverage (e.g. fruits, vegetables, meat) production company
- Proven track record in managing a sales team
- Solid understanding of retail market operations and existing relationships with the major retail chains
- Higher education in Sales, Business Management, Economics, or Marketing
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques, negotiation strategies, and category management
- Ability to analyse market data, evaluate pricing impact, and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Strong communication skills
- Good knowledge of local legislation and regulatory frameworks relevant to food sales
- Fluency in Estonian and English for daily communication with colleagues and partners abroad
- B category driving license
