Now we’re looking for a Project Manager to join our team and help us deliver even more impact.

Your main responsibilities:

• Writing and coordinating project proposals for Estonian and EU funding schemes.
• Managing and implementing projects (including reporting and partner communication).
• Supporting BIA’s mission by analysing trends, preparing insights and contributing to new initiatives.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a background in business, economics, innovation management, communication or a related field.
• Enjoys writing, structuring information and bringing clarity to complex topics.
• Is proactive, solution-oriented and able to work both independently and in a team.
• Speaks and writes fluent Estonian and English.
• Bonus points for knowledge or interest in the hydrogen economy or green transition topics.
