We’re looking for interns to join our team in Helsinki.

Accenture Song is the world’s largest tech-powered creative group. We work as one team across design, marketing, commerce, and service with every part of a user’s journey, from awareness to loyalty both on the front stage (what people experience) and backstage (what makes those experiences happen) to drive growth for our clients.

Internship roles at Accenture Song
If you want to create something meaningful, you need a diverse group of people working together. That’s why we’re looking for people that fall within at least one of these categories:
Are you a creative? – We’re looking for skills in service design, UX/UI design, creative AI – all sorts of people who consider themselves creatives.
Do you understand data & AI? – Do you identify as a data engineer, scientist, analytics/visualization expert, or a data & AI strategist in the era of Gen AI?
Are you passionate about the future of customer service? – Are you an upcoming business designer, architect or strategist or something along those lines?

How to succeed as an intern at Accenture Song?
As an intern we do not expect you to know everything or have years of experience – the right kind of attitude, ability to learn and knowledge of relevant tools will get you started. You might also be a career changer with experience from a specific industry that we work with. We only have a few wishes:
A team-oriented mindset and good interpersonal skills
Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Excellent communication skills (written and oral) in English. Finnish is an advantage.

Application period and Internship duration:
Our internships are designed to accommodate your schedule and last around 3–4 months depending on your and the hiring team’s wishes. Typically, our spring internships begin in February and the application period for spring 2026 internships will be open until the 8th of November 2025. We tend to go through applications even during the application period, so please don’t hesitate to apply as soon as possible! Our internships are based in Helsinki.

Please submit all requested documents through the “Upload Resume/CV” button. Note that all documents are required (portfolio required for design roles). Additionally, include in your cover letter what your key interests and skill areas are.

Please note that if you are not a Finnish citizen, to be eligible for the Internship Program, you need to have a valid work permit and a permanent address in Finland.
Recruitment process:
