Senior Go Developer (m/f/d) – High-Performance Systems / Düsseldorf

€75k - €90k DOE


We’re partnering with a leading company and they’re looking for an experienced Senior Go Developer (m/f/d) to join their close team.


You’ll play a key role in shaping software architecture and building high-performance systems using Go, gRPC, and MySQL.


What You’ll Do


  • Develop and scale a high-performance Go application with gRPC and MySQL
  • Collaborate on architectural decisions — everyone on the team has a voice.
  • Optimise release processes and performance monitoring (e.g. OpenTelemetry, ELK Stack ).
  • Mentor junior developers and take on increasing technical responsibility.
  • Contribute to an agile, cross-functional environment with modern development practices.


What You Bring


  • Solid hands-on experience developing with Go ( Golang ), ideally including gRPC and MySQL.
  • Strong knowledge in performance optimisation, on-premise systems, and monitoring tools.
  • A proactive mindset, team orientation, and high-quality standards.
  • Willingness to learn and stay curious.
  • Fluent German skills
