We are recruiting one Founding Product Designer to join a compact, founder-led team on-site in Berlin — a role that offers real ownership, significant equity, and the opportunity to shape product and architecture from day one.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in end-to-end product design.
• Proven experience designing complex creative or AI-driven tools.
• Strong UI/UX portfolio with an emphasis on usability and product impact.
• Hands-on experience in user research and testing.
• Fluent in English (C1) and willing to work on-site in Berlin.
• Entrepreneurial mindset — thrives in ambiguity, ownership, and fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the full design process from concept to launch for customer-facing features.
• Design elegant, intuitive interfaces that make the AI-powered tool accessible to everyone.
• Conduct user interviews and usability testing to identify pain points and validate solutions.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and founding team members to refine product strategy.
• Develop and maintain design systems, prototypes, and visual assets across platforms.
• Support growth initiatives through onboarding improvements and A/B-tested design experiments.
