About Your New Job

We are looking for a CMS Full Stack Developer with 4–7 years of experience to join our dynamic marketing solutions team. You will work across both front-end and back-end technologies, building scalable, secure, and high-performing CMS platforms hosted on AWS. This role involves hands-on development, deployment, and support, collaborating with distributed teams across multiple time zones.


Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing, testing, and debugging CMS-based web applications.
  • Building and maintaining WordPress, HubSpot, or headless CMS solutions.
  • Implementing responsive UI using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Developing server-side logic using PHP, Node.js, or Python, and managing MySQL-based databases.
  • Managing AWS infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes.
  • Integrating RESTful APIs and ensuring performance and security best practices.
  • Researching and testing new technologies to drive innovation and technical excellence.
  • Mentoring junior team members and leading small project teams where required.


What Skills You Need

  • 4+ years’ experience in full-stack development, with a strong focus on CMS platforms.
  • Proficiency in front-end frameworks and back-end development.
  • Experience with AWS, Docker, and CI/CD tools.
  • Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and SEO principles.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in agile, globally distributed teams using Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
