About Tendr:

Tendr is a fast-growing AI-powered platform that simplifies the tendering process for SMEs and contractors. We’re building a smarter, more efficient way for businesses to navigate public-sector procurement. Our MVP is in progress, and we’re now looking for a Product Manager who can grow into the CTO role as we scale.

The Role:

We are looking for a driven Product Manager to join our founding team. You will own the product roadmap, collaborate with our dev team, and play a key role in shaping the future of Tendr. This is an equity-first role with a clear path to CTO as the company grows. You will be expected to help lead the product from MVP to a fully scalable platform, integrating advanced AI and machine learning technologies to make the tendering process seamless for users.

What You’ll Do:

• Own the Product Roadmap: Shape the product vision and guide it from MVP to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
• Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with junior developers and the founder to prioritize tasks and refine features.
• Lead Agile Sprints: Drive technical execution, making sure features are delivered on time and meet the highest quality standards.
• Refine the User Experience: Collect and analyze user feedback to continuously improve the product and design a seamless experience.
• Scale the Product: Help build a flexible, scalable solution incorporating AI/ML technologies to automate and optimize workflows.
• Future Leadership: As the company grows, transition into a CTO role with responsibility for engineering leadership, team-building, and long-term technical strategy.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in product management, ideally in an early-stage or SaaS environment.
• A solid technical background, with a familiarity with AI/ML, data-driven product development, and cloud infrastructure.
• Strong Agile experience: Comfortable managing development sprints and leading cross-functional teams.
• A startup mindset: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where you’ll take ownership of product outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills: Able to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams and stakeholders.
