Are you passionate about digital experiences and love turning ideas into action? Our Digital Team is growing, and we’re looking for a talented Digital Business Analyst to help us deliver smarter, faster, and more customer-focused solutions.

What you’ll do:

• Work closely with teams across eCommerce, Marketing, Product, CRM, and more to deliver new digital capabilities
• Lead workshops, gather requirements, and translate business needs into clear technical solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive innovation and improve customer journeys
• Support Agile projects by creating user stories and participating in sprints, demos, and retrospectives
• Communicate findings clearly and keep stakeholders aligned throughout the delivery process

The successful Digital Business Analyst will have:

• Experience in large-scale digital or IT projects
• Strong skills in stakeholder management, documentation, and workshop facilitation
• Great communicator with a sharp eye for detail and a proactive mindset
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum and software development processes
• Passion for digital and customer-first thinking

Bonus points if you have:

• UX or design collaboration experience
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Slack, Trello, or Adobe/Google Analytics
