The Cybersecurity Intern will be involved in an important journey to strengthen global cybersecurity through programs that encompass IT and OT infrastructures, Cloud services, software development, and governance processes.
Within the Security Directorate, the Cyber Security Team drives cross-functional initiatives to improve the Group's security posture, in collaboration with international teams and corporate functions.
We are looking for a resource to join the Cyber Security Team for an internship, to support both operational and project activities in different areas of information security, with a focus on both technical and organizational aspects.
The selected person will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals on global projects, contributing to the construction and improvement of corporate security processes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support the management and evolution of the Group's main security programs (e.g., vulnerability management, cloud security, OT security, Secure SDLC, third-party security, compliance).
- Collaborate in the collection and organization of evidence for security audits and assessments.
- Contribute to the drafting of procedures, guidelines, and technical and organizational documentation.
- Participate in project meetings with Italian and international teams, providing operational support in defining and following up on activities.
- Support the analysis of security data and the preparation of reports and dashboards.
- Assist the team in researching innovative technological solutions (e.g., secure development tools, monitoring solutions, identity management systems, etc.).
Qualifications and Knowledge:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related disciplines.
- Basic knowledge of cybersecurity principles and main IT architectures.
- Familiarity with technological tools and concepts (e.g., operating systems, networks, programming languages, version control).
- Good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Aptitude for working in multidisciplinary teams and collaborative environments.
- Proactivity, curiosity, and interest in developing cybersecurity skills in a complex international environment.
- Sense of responsibility and attention to the quality of the work performed.
