This is a full-time hybrid role for a Social Media Manager located in Riga, with some work from home acceptable. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, managing social media accounts, creating and curating content, optimizing social media presence, and analyzing performance metrics to drive engagement and growth.

• Skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong Communication and Writing skills
• Experience in developing Content Strategy
• Proficiency in content creation and curation
• Strong analytical skills to assess social media performance
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting
• Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms
• Relevant degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Experience in digital product industries is a plus
