Role Description

  • Initial professional experience and interest in e-commerce
  • Fluency in English – a non-negotiable prerequisite
  • Demonstrated practical knowledge of Excel formulas
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Proactive attitude and collaborative team-player mindset
  • Nice to have / A Plus:
    • Practical knowledge of Figma and HTML
    • Experience working on CMS platform
Requirements

  • Supporting in content package preparation (cross-regional support)
  • Performing live checks & gap closings (checking if delivered content is live on the eRetailer’s website & filling gaps with relevant content)
  • Spotting inconsistencies in content & flagging those internally
  • Being POC for the team's bug reporting board and acting as a professional throughout the bug-fixing process
  • Collecting & uploading content and activating product novelties in Client's tools (mainly in Content Stack, eStoreContent)
  • Participating in weekly calls and making meeting notes
  • Updating task status in trackers, decks and Monday.com
  • Supporting team with different task while having free capacity
