Who We Are

Ovoko is transforming Europe’s €25B+ used car parts market - a massive, fragmented industry still largely offline. We connect 5,000+ scrapyard owners, car parts sellers and dismantlers with millions of buyers through our marketplace, SaaS and logistics platform, making it effortless to trade parts across borders. With over 30 million parts listed, we’ve grown into one of Europe’s fastest-scaling e-commerce companies, but the real opportunity lies ahead, as we build a real category-defining platform worldwide.

About The Role

As a Product Manager for Ovoko’s SaaS Core team, you will own the underlying user experience that our sellers rely on every day to run their used vehicle parts business, and the key system components that the rest of the product engineering teams use to deliver value to the users. Areas like authentication, permissions, user & company settings, notifications, seller statistics dashboard, product performance, navigation and much more will be owned by you and heavily utilized by other teams.

You’ll live in an opportunity-rich environment, need to solve complex and multifaceted problems, and make constant trade-offs. New opportunities will often come from repeat interactions with Customers, Sales, Support, Account Management, Data, Leadership, and other teams. You’ll work daily with an Engineering Manager, Designer, and a crack team of Engineers to deliver value to your users and the business.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL

  • Own the roadmap: Define and execute Ovoko’s seller platform strategy that will cover everything from how users authenticate with the system, are onboarded into the platform to how the data about their parts is created and displayed in the system.
  • Lead discovery: You will spend a significant amount of time with sellers digging into their pain points, testing new ideas, features and combing through our data to identify both long-term and short-term opportunities.
  • Translate insights into initiatives: Turn user and data findings into clear business cases, scopes, and requirements.
  • Execution: Work hands-on with engineers, designers, support, and AMs to deliver high-quality features on time.
  • Measure impact: Define and track KPIs like product adoption, system performance for already existing systems and come up with new metrics to measure net new features that you will roll out.
  • Act as the bridge: Align internal teams (Engineering, Sales, Support, Sales, Account Management, Data and the Design).
  • Champion the user: Advocate for solutions that create a satisfying user experience for the seller and help their employees perform their daily duties in an efficient way.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager/Product Owner for B2B SaaS, ERP or workflow management software products.
  • Strong user research skills, empathy, and willingness to get your hands dirty working in a real scrap yard environment to better understand the challenges and flows that Ovoko sellers are going through every day.
  • Structured problem solver who can break down messy problems into clear, actionable steps.
  • Strong technical insight - able to discuss APIs, integrations, and backend logic with engineers.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to change.
  • Data-driven mindset, comfortable with operational and customer-facing metrics.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to influence without authority.
