Join our international team and help deliver scalable, secure, and user-centric web applications built on SharePoint Framework that support global operations. As a SharePoint Developer, you'll work on medium to large-scale projects with complex architectures, collaborating with developers, software architects, business analysts and IT technicians. You'll shape solutions that streamline business processes and make a real impact across borders.

Responsibilities:

* Design and develop customized SharePoint sites and intranet portals that align with business needs, ensuring intuitive navigation, responsive design, and seamless user experience;

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams-including software developers, business analysts, and IT technicians-within agile sprints to define requirements, prioritize features, and deliver scalable solutions;

* Build reusable web components and solutions using C#, .NET Frameworks, SQL, and JavaScript, with a focus on maintainability and performance;

* Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft 365 services (e.g., Teams, Outlook, OneDrive) and third-party enterprise tools to enhance workflow automation and data accessibility;

* Optimize data flows and migration processes, ensuring secure and efficient transfer of legacy content into modern SharePoint environments;

* Conduct code reviews, write technical documentation, and adhere to coding best practices to ensure high-quality deliverables and knowledge sharing

* Monitor and improve system performance, proactively identifying bottlenecks and implementing enhancements to boost speed, reliability, and usability

Criteria:

* 5+ years in software development, delivering robust and scalable solutions

* 2+ years of hands-on experience in SharePoint development, including SPFx and integration with MS 365;

* Proficient in C#, SQL, and .NET Frameworks for backend and enterprise-level applications;

* Solid working knowledge of JavaScript for dynamic, client-side functionality;

* Skilled in data migration and optimizing business process flows;

* Strong adherence to coding best practices, version control, and technical documentation;

* Fluency in English (B2/C1 level);
