We are seeking a dynamic, creative and hands-on Digital Engagement & Events Manager to elevate our brand, grow our audience growth and lead impactful campaigns that connect and inspire.


Your Role


You’ll drive engagement and event strategy across our Global Private Wealth and Global Employee Benefits lines, working closely with international marketing and sales teams based across Europe and Singapore. Your focus: designing and executing high-impact campaigns, orchestrating digital and hybrid events, and cultivating vibrant online communities that strengthen our brand presence.


Your Responsibilities


Engagement-driven Digital marketing


  • Drive visibility, traffic and engagement through targeted digital strategies and SEO
  • Manage content, UX/UI design and site performance to ensure a seamless user experience
  • Conduct SEO / SEM audits and optimise content for search rankings


Content creation & Channel management


  • Plan, craft and publish engaging content (videos, social posts, blogs, newsletters,etc)
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external contributors to source compelling stories
  • Ensure websites and digital channels are relevant and accessible.


Events & Campaign management


  • Plan, coordinate and promote digital and hybrid events
  • Oversee event logistics, registration, promotion and post-event engagement
  • Create integrated campaigns to boost participation and brand visibility


Analytics & Performance reporting


  • Monitor and analyse key metrics (traffic, engagement, conversion, reach)
  • Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaigns and content strategy
  • Deliver performance reports for stakeholders


Community engagement & Advocacy


  • Create interactive campaigns that spark customer/partner engagement
  • Grow and manage online communities across social and professional platforms
  • Activate brand advocates and encourage two-way conversations
  • Monitor sentiment and leverage real-time social listening and reputation management to enhance brand reputation


Your Profile


  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or similar
  • Min. 3/5 years’ experience in digital marketing, content or communications
  • Proven experience with analytics, SEO and campaign performance tools
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling for web and social media
  • Proficient with CMS, design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite,etc) and video editing
  • Business fluent in English. German and/or French would be really appreciated
  • Creative, proactive and passionate about digital innovation and audience engagement
  • Strong analytical mindset and strategic thinking
  • Team-oriented yet able to work autonomously
