Software Engineer

SGI are supporting a fast-growing company in Eindhoven who are working at the cutting edge of data and AI. We’re looking for an experienced C++ developer with strong Linux skills to join the team on a 6-month freelance basis.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and optimize high-performance C++ applications in a Linux environment
• Collaborate with data and AI engineers to implement robust solutions
• Contribute to code reviews, testing, and performance improvements

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in C++ development (modern C++ preferred)
• Strong Linux/Unix system knowledge
• Familiarity with multithreading, performance profiling, and debugging tools
• Independent, proactive, and able to deliver results in a fast-paced environment

Contract: Freelance, 6 months, based in Eindhoven (hybrid possible)
