Job Description

Performance Specialist – Europe – Developed Markets at a glance...

You will join the Global performance Team as well as the People & Performance teams of the Europe and Pacific Developed Markets (EPDM) Zone. You will work with the Performance manager – Europe and partner closely with the Manager for performance in Pacific markets to cascade strategic objectives via the MBO program and/or other frameworks to select EPDM leaders, and their teams. You will execute the process aligned with Europe Performance Manager to set the right goals, manage performance processes and connect performance both regional performance and Employees Talent Development cycles.

What’s on the menu?

Be the Performance support for Benelux, CNE, SWE, Italy, UK&I and selected functions in EPDM and Performance lead for Benelux, Operations & Procurement.

  • Support Europe Performance Manager to ensure Europe and specific Functions leadership teams implement performance frameworks and processes.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to specific leaders and their teams to effectively utilize performance management tools and methodologies.
  • Support European Performance Manager to coordinate the MBO process, consisting of Cascade, dashboard checks, MBO updates, KPI definitions, MBO committees…
  • Support European Performance Manager to ensure MBO Processes effectiveness, with clarity and alignment for all managers and employees.
  • Support European Performance Manager to organize and facilitate regional MBO Committee meetings, ensuring effective decision-making and documentation.
  • Act as main owner and point of contact for 2 to 4 (depending on complexity) L2s and their Teams
  • Bridge global, zone and market functions to ensure partnership and alignment of objectives, KPIs and performance processes.
  • Support the evolution of performance processes by adopting new frameworks and methodologies. Collaborate with global teams to pilot new initiatives and refine regional practices
