Job Description


We are looking for a Scrum Master HR Agile Release Train to join our leading client's team!


Our client is a global leader in high-tech lithography systems. The HR ART supports HR processes through integrated systems like Workday. You’ll be part of the IT Enabling Functions Service Delivery for Corporate department, reporting to the IT Group Lead for HR and Corporate Hub.

Are you a proactive and servant-minded Scrum Master ready to elevate agile teams within a dynamic HR & IT environment? Join our client’s HR Agile Release Train (ART) and help drive excellence in delivery, collaboration, and continuous improvement.



Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Scrum rituals and ensure disciplined execution
  • Maintain transparency on team performance, risks and progress (metrics)
  • Ensure quality of administration in agile tools like Jira and Jira Align
  • Prepare and support ART rituals like Program Increment Planning Events
  • Contribute to team and ART-wide improvements
  • Coach teams on agile practices and self-organization


Collaboration

  • Product Owners and Developers in your teams, onsite and offshore
  • Release Train Engineer and other Scrum Masters in the ART
  • Chief Product Owner and System Architect
  • Agile Competence Center
  • External stakeholders of your teams


Requirements

Personal Skills

  • Affinity with and eagerness to understand HR technology content
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
  • Hands-on mentality with a focus on delivery
  • Analytical thinking
  • Continuous improvement orientation; challenging the status quo
  • Team-building mindset and servant leadership
  • Coaching and facilitation capabilities


Education & Certification

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree
  • Agile and SAFe certified
  • Experience in corporate IT
  • Valid work permit for The Netherlands


This position is located in Eindhoven/Veldhoven and works on a hybrid schedule: at least 3 days onsite.


Benefits:

  • A market-based and competitive salary (depending on technical knowledge and experience). Indication for this specific assignment: annual gross salary ±75.000 Euro (including 8% holiday pay) - depending on technical knowledge and experience
