The International Mobility Recruitment Department is dedicated to enhancing the mobility of IT professionals throughout Europe, facilitating the placement of talents in the various markets where it operates.

Position: UX / UI

Location: Lisbon

Hybrid: 2 times a week at the client’s office

Candidates must possess a valid work permit for Portugal

Mandatory Languages Required: English and French (minimum C1)

What you’ll do:

• Design and improve user interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders to ensure design consistency
• Translate business and user needs into intuitive, visually appealing experiences
• Work with tools like Figma, Jira, and other design or project management platforms

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or Developer
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design skills
• Proficiency in Figma (or similar design tools)
• Good understanding of design systems and responsive design principles
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Fluency in French and English is mandatory
