About the Role

At Kriptomat, we’re looking for a Product Manager who will take full ownership of the product lifecycle—leading from ideation to launch, growth, and continuous improvement. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing a product vision that aligns with our broader company goals, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong product mindset, experience in fast-paced tech or fintech environments, and the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams. Location: Full-time in Slovenia

• Take complete ownership of the product lifecycle—from ideation and development to launch, growth, and ongoing maintenance, and strategically expand core product offerings
• Collaborate closely with various business functions to align product goals with overall company objectives
• Own product development from conception to launch, and strategically expand core product offerings
• Develop and drive a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with customer needs and market trends
• Define and analyze key metrics to guide product decisions and measure success
• Use data, customer feedback, and competitive benchmarks to prioritise and refine product improvements
• Manage product development with a focus on improving usability, reducing friction, and increasing user trust
• Clearly communicate plans & progress internally

• 5 + years of prior experience leading a Developer Experience/Productivity or similar domain team, preferably in tech, fintech, or crypto environments
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams
• Strong analytical, prioritisation, and problem-solving abilities
• Experience collaborating with senior engineers, designers, and cross-functional teams to guide product direction
• Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Have previous experience at a fast-paced, high-growth stage internet/software company
