We are hiring a Full-Stack Developer (mid-level) to work in a project together with a Swiss startup redefining smart factories for manufacturing SMEs. Their mission is to transform traditional factories into intelligent, self-optimizing production ecosystems using Industrial IoT, Data, AI, and cloud technologies.

This position is intended for freelancers or those interested in a temporary role, with the possibility of an extension or even a full-time position.

Your Responsibilities

• Design and manage relational databases using Django ORM


• Build and integrate RESTful APIs for front-end and third-party services.


• Implement secure user authentication and authorization systems.


• Optimize application performance and database queries.


• Write clean, maintainable code and conduct code reviews.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, front-end, product) to deliver features.


• Participate in Agile development processes and contribute to sprint planning.


• Assist in deploying applications using Docker, Gunicorn, and cloud platforms


• Troubleshoot bugs and ensure application security and reliability.

You’re a Great Fit If You

• Have a Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field.


• Have 2–5 years of working experience as a full-stack developer using .NET and Angular


• Strong Python, SQL, PySpark, C#, .NET and microservices experience (Docker, Kubernetes).


• A plus: Familiarity with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and industrial protocols (OPC UA, MQTT).
