The Challenge

You’ll own the vision, strategy, and execution of the product — from how AI agents interact with messy real-world financial data, to how humans collaborate with them in real time.

This isn’t about fitting AI into existing workflows. It’s about building an entirely new generation of SaaS, where dynamic, configurable agents act like virtual employees that integrate directly with ERPs and financial systems.

You’ll work side-by-side with the CEO to define the product and company direction — tackling deep design, systems, and reasoning challenges with little precedent. If you love shaping new categories, this is your playground.

Your Impact

• Define and drive the vision behind a next-generation AI automation platform
• Lead UX and product design for intelligent interfaces where finance teams collaborate with AI
• Shape the evolution of the Agent Hub, enabling human and AI collaboration at scale
• Partner with engineering to make AI agents adaptable across client workflows
• Engage directly with enterprise clients to uncover scalable patterns across AP, treasury, and accounting
• Build the product organisation from the ground up

What You’ll Need

• Proven experience leading product in fintech, accounting, or workflow automation
• Strong understanding of financial operations (AP, AR, treasury, or accounting)
• Excellent UX and product design instincts — you care deeply about usability and systems thinking
• Experience shipping complex B2B SaaS or enterprise-grade products (ERP, CRM, or APIs)
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability
• Entrepreneurial mindset — you move fast, build from zero, and own your domain end-to-end
