What’s Involved

• As a Project Manager, you will take charge of leading and managing complex projects from initiation to closure.
• Your key responsibilities will include:
• Driving the successful delivery of projects that enable CTS to operate more efficiently in a dynamic marketplace.
• Scoping, planning, and overseeing programs of work within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Managing program stakeholders, including internal project resources and external vendors or contractors.
• Creating and managing detailed project plans, defining deliverables, milestones, and critical paths.
• Ensuring robust governance processes, risk management, and issue resolution are in place.
• Monitoring and updating project budgets, cost forecasts, and resource allocation using tools like Clarity.
• Chairing project board meetings and providing concise updates for steering groups.
• Coordinating effectively with software development teams and business stakeholders in both Agile and Waterfall environments.

What You Need

• To excel in this role, you should bring:
• Knowledge of ServiceNow, especially around the HAM, SAM and CMDB modules
• Knowledge of LeanIX a distinct advantage
• A degree or equivalent qualification and relevant PM certifications.
• Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall delivery methods.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Expertise in core project management tools such as MS Project, MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio), SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, and Clarity.
• A flexible, proactive approach, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
