We are looking for a skilled Business Intelligence & Analytics Specialist with a solid IT background to translate complex business needs into data-driven solutions.

You'll leverage the Azure data and analytics ecosystem (including Databricks), Power BI, and other cutting-edge technologies to build and robust BI solutions and models that empower strategic decision-making across the company.

Your impact:

• Translate business requirements into Power BI dashboards using Databricks
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive process improvements through data-driven strategies
• Build and optimize Power BI datasets and reports
• Ensure data quality, governance, and security in line with internal standards
• Identify new opportunities for automation and AI-driven improvements
• Experience integrating data via APIs or building lightweight automations via Power Platform

Your profile:

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related
• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or BI Specialist
• Strong skills in Databricks (PySpark, SQL, Delta), Azure (Data Lake, Fabric), Power BI (DAX, modeling), and SQL
• Fluent in English with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
